content networking is the best method to promote all of your affiliate links and websites. The idea is simple, yet very effective. You create a series of articles, websites, video's, blogs and communities and link them together. The goal is to get visitors in your network and keep them there as long as possible. Think about  keyword targeting. Instead of making one blog or article that targets multiple keywords, make multiple blogs and articles that all target one keyword, and link them together! This increases your web presence, audience and visitors. Keep in mind that content networking takes time and effort before it really pays of. But what does not?

Well, building a network requires resources. the best idea's are the following:

• Article marketing
  Writing articles is an option you have. A lot of free services are available to publish articles on. Hubpages is one of them, others are squidoo, ezinearticles and articlebase. There are a lot more.
  
• Video marketing
  This is one of the best methods to get traffic in your network. I upload video tutorials to youtube and they deliver some 30% of all the traffic in my network. Youtube targets millions and millions of people daily... it is like google traffic, but referred from videos instead of keywords and text! of course you will still have to properly tag and title your videos
  
• Viral marketing
  social networking can also help. Now your goal is to make a name for yourself, and promote it! you can create google and yahoo groups, join forum boards and other communities to socialise. The more people you know, the more traffic automatically! Social bookmarking is also an option. your goal is to get people to talk about you or your content!
  
• Blogging
  Remember the key trick is to target only specific keywords to blog about, and link all of your blogs together!
  

Once you have build a decent network with steady traffic rates, those rates will only increase! Keep adding more content and articles and keep promoting yourself. Eventually you could start gathering emails and also work on email marketing. Just keep in mind that you need to stay active!
